Entry Information
1. Entries are accepted 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm only on Saturday, July 11 in the Exhibit Hall HCCFair not responsible for items left before 3:00pm
2. Entries need to be in a covered container that will not be returned
3. Refrigeration will be available for items if needed
No Frozen Items Permitted
4. Baker may enter up to 2 items, may not be same item from previous year
5. Adult Division -18 and older * Bakers are expected to make items mostly from scratch except for the “No Bake/Quick Desserts” Category. Box mix for base of dessert acceptable with added scratch ingredients. No box mix and premade icing accepted.
6. Junior Division- 17 and younger *Baked goods may be made from box mixes.
7. All entries submitted will be sold at the Edible Auction. Baker will have a choice to donate 100% of the proceeds from the sale of their item to the Hamilton County Community Fair Association or to split it 50/50 between Hamilton County Community Fair Association & Baker.
8. The Edible Auction will be held Saturday, July 11 at 6:00 pm
** Please note all winning items must be removed from hall at close of auction.
No storage or refrigeration available after sale.

* Directions from downtown Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky
Take I-75 North to I-74 Indianapolis. Continue on I-74 to Exit 7, Hamilton-Cleves Route 128 Exit. Turn right onto Route 128 and go 7 miles. Go past roller coaster and turn right into Stricker's Grove.
* Directions from I-275, I-75 or I-71 in Cincinnati
Go to I-275. Go West on I-275 and take Colerain Avenue Exit 33-A, Route 27. turn right onto Colerain Avenue (Route 27) and go North. Go approximately 3 miles and take Route 128, Hamilton-Ross Exit. Turn left onto Route 128 and go 2 miles. Stricker's Grove will be on the left.
* Directions from Ronald Reagan Highway (Cross County)
Go West on Ronald Reagan Highway and take Colerain Avenue Exit (Route 27). Turn right off exit and go North. Continue on Colerain Avenue (Route 27) past Northgate Mall. Colerain Avenue will become a divided highway. Take the Route 128, Hamilton-Ross Exit and turn left onto Route 128. Go 2 Miles. Stricker's Grove will be on the left.
* Directions from Kentucky - South of I-275
Take I-275 West through Lawrenceburg, Indiana and take I-74 East to Cincinnati. Take the first exit off I-74, Hamilton-Cleves, Route 128 Exit. Turn left off the exit and go 7 miles. Stricker's Grove will be on the right.
